DEYWOS

State-Aware AI

You live, perceive and act from your state. AI models what you know — Deywos works with the state you're in.
  • A model of you. Your activation, energy, focus and recovery — learned over time into a personal baseline only you have.
  • It acts, not just measures. Wearables tell you you're tired. Deywos reads where you are and moves you — guided protocols from a five-minute reset to a deep forty-five.

Ask Deywos

This is the real Deywos — same AI as in the product. Describe where you are, or just ask.

Deywos is an AI, not a clinician — wellbeing support, not medical advice.

The real problem

Procrastination. Decision fatigue. The wall at 3pm. Focus that won't hold. Work that won't come.

These aren't discipline problems. They're state problems wearing a task's clothes.

The shift

Today's AI models the world — what you know, what you ask. It has no model of the state you act from: your activation, energy, focus, recovery.

Your body already regulates temperature, heart rate and sleep on its own. Your energy and focus run on guesswork.

Deywos makes state a first-class object — observed, modeled, steered. Not a mood. Not a diagnosis. A working system: your dials, your body, your pulse, your baseline.

The blind spot

Two people. Same knowledge, same time. One acts.
The other can't.

The difference isn't information. It's state — the condition you're operating from. Focus, drive, decisions, recovery all run on it.

Yet every tool stops at the surface. Wearables measure your body. Assistants answer your questions. None work with the state underneath — and none act on it.

The gap isn't more data. It's a system that reads your state and moves it.

The premise

If a machine can model what you know, it can model the state you're in.

How it works

A loop that learns you.
Read, model, act, repeat.

You press Read State — a few dials, a map of where you hold tension in your body, your pulse from the camera. Deywos turns it into a reading of where you are right now, against your own baseline.

It responds in your state — in conversation, or with a short protocol to steady or lift it. Each outcome sharpens the model of you.

01

Read State

One tap. Dials for activation, tension, energy, clarity. A body map — where you're holding it. Your pulse from the camera. One clear read of where you are.

02

Model

Your reading is placed against your personal baseline and history. State means little in the absolute — everything relative to you.

03

Act

Deywos responds fitted to your state — a conversation that meets you there, or a guided protocol: five minutes when that's all you have, forty-five when you want to go deep.

04

Learn

Did it fit? Did it help? Each answer feeds back. The model of you gets sharper with every check-in.

How Deywos speaks

“Sounds like the day is pressing. What's heaviest right now?”

“You're steadier than yesterday at this hour. Want to use it?”

What it will never say

No emotions from signals

Your pulse is a physical signal. Deywos will never tell you it “shows anxiety.”

No alarms

No warnings, no danger states, no health predictions. Only where you are, relative to you.

No empty praise

No “great job, keep it up!” It's present, not performing.

Beyond conversation

Most AI asks "What do you want?"
Deywos asks "What state makes that possible?"

How we model state

State isn't a mood. It's a system with structure — described along three axes, learned for you alone.

01

State Space

What states exist, and where you are in them — activation, energy, focus, recovery, tension.

02

State Dynamics

How your states move over time — what pulls you down, what brings you back, what tends to come next.

03

State Control

Which protocol shifts your trajectory — and which one works for you, proven by what actually helped.

04

Personal State Intelligence

All three, built for one person. Not a population average — a living model of you, and yours alone.

Why it compounds

The longer you're with it, the more it's about you.

Week 1

Deywos sees snapshots. Each check-in is a reading without context.

Month 3

A baseline exists. “Higher than your usual morning” starts to mean something.

Year 1

It knows what works for you: which protocol, at which state, at which hour. That knowledge exists nowhere else.

A general chatbot starts from zero every time. Deywos starts from everything it's learned about you.

Who it's for

People who run under sustained pressure and treat their own state as something worth maintaining.

Founders & operatorsHigh-stakes decisions, chronic load. The cost of a bad state shows up in real outcomes.
Deep-work professionalsContext-switching, screens, deadlines as default. Output depends on the state you bring to it.
Anyone running on empty by 3pmYou don't need a title for this. If your output depends on the state you bring — this is for you.

What it isn't

Not therapy

Deywos doesn't treat conditions or give medical advice. It works with everyday functional state — energy, focus, recovery — and refers out when something needs a professional.

Not meditation

No mindfulness goal, no awareness practice. It works with concrete signals and acts on them.

Not a tracker

Wearables show you numbers. Deywos reads your state and does something about it. It acts — it doesn't just measure.

Not a general chatbot

It won't write your code or your essays. It does the one thing the frontier models won't chase: work with your state.

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. Deywos is a self-help tool for everyday functional state — energy, focus, recovery. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it points you to a professional when something needs one.

What happens to my data?

The camera feed is never recorded — only the brightness signal used to estimate your pulse. Your data isn't sold, and you can delete everything in one click. Details in the Privacy Policy.

What's a protocol?

A guided sequence of phases — posture, breathing, audio. From a five-minute reset to a forty-five-minute deep session. The techniques inside have a published research record.

Why not just ChatGPT?

Ask it anything — it's brilliant, and it meets you as a stranger every time. Deywos keeps what a generalist can't: your baseline, your patterns, what actually worked for you. That's not a feature to copy — it's time, accumulated.
