Terms of Use

Deywos is for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18. The service is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

Deywos is a general wellness and self-reflection tool — an AI companion that helps you notice and work with your own physical and functional state (such as activation, energy, focus, and recovery).

Deywos is not:

• a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition;
• medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care;
• a crisis, emergency, or counselling service.

The heart rate and heart-rate-variability signals are wellness indicators for self-reflection only — they are not a health assessment and are never linked to a medical condition.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any question about a medical or mental-health condition. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something Deywos said.

If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately (112 in the EU), or a crisis line such as Telefonseelsorge in Germany at 0800 111 0 111 (free, 24/7), or your local crisis line. Deywos is an AI — not a human or a clinician — and cannot provide emergency help.

You agree not to:

• use Deywos to break the law or to harm yourself or others;
• attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate the safety features;
• harass, abuse, or impersonate anyone;
• access or try to access other people's accounts or data;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or overload the service;
• rely on Deywos for medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions without a qualified professional;
• present Deywos's output as human-made or as professional advice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You can close your account at any time from settings.

You keep your rights to the content you submit ("inputs"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to process your inputs and the resulting outputs in order to operate, secure, and improve the service — including in de-identified form unlinked from your account. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Deywos's responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them for important decisions without independent verification. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.

Deywos is in closed alpha and provided for testing. Features may change or be removed, the service may be unavailable or interrupted, and alpha data may be deleted when the alpha period ends. We may suspend or end your access at any time, in particular if you breach these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your reliance on Deywos's outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, and liability for intent or gross negligence.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves (for example, when AI features, payments, or social sign-in are added). The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
